      Avantages

      The people in the company are great to work with, and you get great exposure to a broad client base. Compensation is very good, the company is growing very fast, and it is the premier IBM Cognos partner. Also, depending on the client and the work, there are opportunities to work from home.

      Inconvénients

      Some cons can be traveling repeatedly for relatively extended periods of time. Depending on a client, you can be travelling back and forth every week for months.

      Avantages

      Feels like a meritocracy more so than any other company I've seen. If you demonstrate you can handle more work and responsibility, they will give it to you. There is so so much to learn. Surrounded by people with great technical and soft consulting skills. Opportunity to work with so many different businesses and dig deep into each one to learn how they tick. Projects typically last 3-4 months, so you get in, learn, execute, and then get to do it all over. Great teammates and very communicative/social WFH culture.

      Inconvénients

      Can be some down time between projects which affects your bonus - can sometimes just be unlucky and not have a spot on an ongoing project. but, I think the more you make yourself useful, and the longer you've been at the company, the less likely you are to have downtime
