Avantages
Flexible schedules, understanding bosses, great office atmosphere, great co-workers. Perks: 95% of personnel have the opportunity to work their hours at their convenience as long as they log in 40 hours a week. So a 3 day weekend is the norm! Most managers are pretty easy to communicate with. Like any place of employment, you can't reach everyone all the time, but they make an effort to get back to you in a reasonable amount of time. The higher ups understand that we need our personal life as well as our work life, so very understanding when you need to take time off at the last minute. Like any place, there are always a few things you are not going to like about a company. You can either go with the flow and adapt, or you can go against the company. Of course you will get out of it what you put into it. I have no cons to mention because I choose not to dwell on things I can't change. I have been here almost 5 years, and my work experience has been very positive.
Inconvénients
Some of the current projects are being limited by time constraints which can be stressful and leaving some employees not sure about how to use their hours. This is something that definitely needs to be addressed. But as the company is working out the kinks, this too will be resolved.
