      The corporate culture is pretty much the same as working in a factory where management team treat junior employees like training animals; new thoughts, creativities, critical thinking are not appreciated, following the rules without questioning them is considered doing the best for company.

      There is downtime at times there is a alot of interesting people its in Fremont,Ca

      Inconvénients

      The training suck some coworkers seem like they gate keep the lead always trying to have new employees do the physical work instead of training properly and there english is not very understanding also the pay should be more.
