Avantages

not bad salary between ODM/OEM companies, not so much hard works. has many art activities to enjoy life

Inconvénients

on job training is not good enough, mostly engineers must study by themselves from work. project managers are easier seen than engineers.

Quite enthustic people, not all but many try learn. HR is flexible and fast.

Inconvénients

Poor infra, optimized till last inch to cut down costs. Poor pay rates so constantly people leaving
