      Avantages

      The department that I went to was quite friendly and constructive. There are plenty of flexibilities regarding the leaves you take. The department was also duty -focused where you can actually do anything you like as long as your tasks are finished. Managers are quite cool.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of formal training. You need to be very proactive in learning. Some senior employees may envy top performers.

      Low pay, no balance, no management accountability, average benefits, 401k match could be better, inflexible schedule.
