No best reasons to work at QM. Cheap in payment, low level of safety. Management acting non professional.

Inconvénients

Low wages, bad benefits, weak leadership. low level of training. Benefits changing very often to low level each time.

The best reason to work is to better yourself and building a better future so you know what the work force is like.

Inconvénients

There really isn't no down falls except working together make sure that your not doing everything but work as teams. That will builds better company.
