Avantages
The schedule and work/life balance was very flexible as long as the job got done to a high degree of professionalism and quality.
Inconvénients
The President of the company was arrogant and unsupportive of contractors and needs. In 4 years there were no salary increases and reimbursement rates for expenses were cut twice.
