      Avantages

      Great place for fresher to learn and upskill. Good exposure to work on multiple technologies and application.Good CEO.

      Inconvénients

      Poor management. Pathetic HR. Lot of politics. Favourism is entertained. People who praises their manager without any reason and play dirty policies can sustain here. HR threaten freshers to kick them out if they raise their voice. No respect for entry level or office staff.

      Avantages

      . Job interview is easy because it's small company. . All team are seating at same location. So, process of action is very fast from HR an Admin side.

      Inconvénients

      . 200 employees company. . Salary cycles is first week of months. . There is not at all work life balance. . HR and management team very cheap and unprofessional. . There is not at all any renversements exist into company . . there is not all stabilities into company.

      You work on real customer problems from day one. High ownership for tech leads across architecture and delivery. Clear focus on quality, automation, and modern testing practices. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback. Fast decision-making. Good exposure to enterprise clients and complex use cases.

      Inconvénients

      Fast pace can feel demanding during peak releases. Processes are still evolving as the company scales. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity at times.
