      Flexible work hours, rules etc. Industry best Pay (atleast in India). Pay hikes are relatively good.

      Inconvénients

      Hectice Work when Project approaches deadline and these scenarios are quite frequent once you cross your training period.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Inconvénients

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
