Avantages
Qualcomm is a great place to work for. Cutting edge technology, industry leader and most of the control by sitting on top of the chain.
Inconvénients
QIS: Worst division in Qualcomm. In last 3 years there is no growth. Employees are not being productive. Corporate game of power is going on of reaching to the senior/very senior level. Some very technically incompetent people are reaching senior level and that spoils the whole game. Salary and Bonus : I think most of the employees are not satisfied with their salary and bonus. Stock option is no more an attraction as we all know last couple of years performance.
