Avantages
1. Get to work on the latest technology 2. Good compensation 3. Good knowledge base, you will be working with the team who knows about the IP end to end, if lucky with the original designers 4. Food, cafeteria, team outing, nice office buiding, gym, year-end gifts etc
Inconvénients
1. Work-life balance, there will be tons of works. I guess good compensation comes at the cost of this huge workload 2. The learning and exploration are on your own, you can't expect any training/hand holding. You have to be responsible for your own learning and ramp up. At times you'll have to work while ramping up, you'll have to work extra hours during that time. 3. Expect to work from day one.
