Salary is the only pro here, nothing else is good about this company. Please avoid this company if you want some work life balance.
Inconvénients
No sense of work life balance. Forced to work for extra hours without recognition. Extremely poor management, first and second level managers have no managerial skills at all. Boot licking culture is prevalent. No recognition or appreciation for an employee even though that employee is working beyond his capacity. No regard for health or personal issues of employee. If you give an honest negative feedback for anybody, this will not remain anonymous and will come back and and bite you. Why take feedback if nobody wants to improve. Work practices are too slow and inter team dependency will further slowdown your work progress, but this will be counted as a negative point for you no matter what. If you ask for a particular kind of work/team, a straight 'no' is the answer from management.
