      Decent salary. 42 days holidays. Academic environment.

      Inconvénients

      Management is quite disorganized. Lack of clear project visions. Poor communication with the employee.

      - Innovative work - Working on the cutting edge with researchers - Large holiday allowance - Competitive pay despite academic nature

      Inconvénients

      - Management structure is somewhat feudal and often victim to politics - TU Delft has social safety trouble - Not much opportunities to develop as an engineer as the focus is on academic research
