Facility well kept and comfortable The employees made the workplace somewhat enjoyable Employee discount Order entry is the easiest job, just repetitive. CS is less redundant but higher call volume

Inconvénients

MICROMANAGEMENT... depending on sup, it will drive you crazy! Monitor every move you make, literally. Even how often you use restroom. LOW PAY...first call center job, unaware of how much we were underpaid compared to other companies STRESSFUL... the clientele requires a lot of patience. Be prepared to be cursed out from time to time. The call time expectation is ridiculous considering the level of service they expect us to provide. POINT SYSTEM...very easy to accumulate 10 points and be terminated. Very high turnover rate because of this new rule. Use to be 25+ points.
