      Flexibility, employee recognition, always there if you need them.

      Inconvénients

      You may get cancelled for your shift at the last minute. But that is across all boards working per diem.

      Avantages

      Adequate pay and constant communication about upcoming opportunities. Very flexible

      Inconvénients

      Shift availability is limited to facility need, Sometimes I will show up to a shift and will be sent home.
