Small office with close knit, family atmosphere. All departments work closely with one another to provide excellent customer service. One can learn a lot from the bright minds at QED.

There were no cons to working at QED. Office culture was laid back, and I was very impressed by the diversity of the employees. I gained a lot of knowledge in my time there.

Work life balance. Raises for recent grads.

In deciding to join any company with less than $10 mm revenue or less than 50 employees, speak to at least 3 company alumni before making a decision. Some of the management is not professional. No annual performance reviews and raises are very rare for experienced folks. Be very cautious in joining if you have a job with a larger company.
