Avantages
Nice work environment, nice people. Good opportunities to combine desk and filed work. Opportunities to grow inside the company. It is a good starting point if you want to create a network in the aviation industry in Israel.
Inconvénients
There is a triple glass celling that is almost impossible to break once you reach a certain level. Under paid and union contracts. Often felt unappreciated and like I can easily be replaced (which even if it is the case, should be felt by employees)
