      Avantages

      Work timings are good. Lot of free time. Lunch time is long. Lot of new people all the time, vibrating environment.

      Inconvénients

      Diplomacy, Wrong roles, No training. Poor leadership, Dull senior management, 100% Attrition, Limited scope, High aspirations, Bureaucracy, No employee engagement, Stress, boredom, less growth for youngsters

      Avantages

      Very friendly management. The three managers I work with never micromanage their staff. They give people flexibility and trust.

      The tasks are too simple for me. LOL
