Owner is barely there, sales team isn’t very nice, upper management doesn’t communicate - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Pyramid Contracting

The owner barely shows up, and when he does he will smell like alcohol sometimes. The sales team is rough and also barely produces much, they make it hard for other team members. Upper management communicates with in them selves and can be pretty cruel to others. For being a diversity forward company there is almost no diversity there. Once their federal program ends they are going to struggle to get work.
