If you aren't a favorite or having inappropriate relations with management, you're going to be screwed over. The managers dont run this like a restaurant, they run it like its a yes factory. Always tell the guests and their favorites yes. They won't have your back unless you're they're favorite and they've already made up their minds about you and you can't change them.
