Avantages

Most staff are friendly and willing to help.

Inconvénients

Always short staffed, especially the rehab unit which should be the most staffed considering the demand despite the lower census. Regularly work with the NYS "acceptable" minimum of 3 CNAs, so if anyone calls out for a shift (nearly everyday) then someone must be mandated to stay for the next shift. No pay increase in years despite expected increase in work by making everyone work short staffed and regular mandating to work at least a double shift (16 hours) often without break and without any gratitude or extra incentive.
