      Low wage for hard work You're treated just like another number You have to work 1 hour for free when you're interviewed Very boring work, no jokes or friendliness among bakers it's like working in a miserable factory

      Small, family owned company so the owner is easily reached if needed. High standards for food and staff High standards for training staff Great management team that does the work along with staff

      New items/ideas not shared with management to discuss if customers will like Very expensive
