      -Unqualified Management -ol' boys club mentality -Toxic Coworkers -Unsafe Practices -Cavalier attitude toward employees - Upper Management is a complete joke -High turnover among Branch Managers -No organization on a daily basis -company doesn't care about your needs or your time -company hires teenage drop-outs to perform dangerous installs

      Managers and people with a lot of time at the company were very helpful in easing into the job.

      I absolutely loved my team!

      Inconvénients

      The company obviously went bankrupt. There were next to no benefits and the pay for expectations were insane with yearly furloughs. They then fired us all 2 days before christmas so...
