Remote job. Good amount of PTO that you can never take. Almost impossible to get fired from.
Inconvénients
This is the most unethical company I've ever worked for. I felt like I was working in a scam call center. They advertise free grocery cards and social security stimulus checks to get seniors to call in and when they say that's what they are looking for, we were supposed to tell them "sure, I can help you with that ", when there really is no such thing. When I would try to tell my manager that i didn't sell someone a plan because they were already in a five star plan, I was told that it wasn't up to me to decide what's best for them and to just give them a plan. Um, what? Isn't an insurance agent the expert and should know what's best for the customer? I hardly sold anything because I would tell the customers the truth. This, of course, put me in the lowest tier so my commission percentage was 0%. Basically anything I sold for that month would be for free. I quit without even having another job lined up, I hated this place that much.
