      Avantages

      Progressive holiday benefits which allow you to take more time off in the long run. The company is doing some very cutting edge pharma engineering.

      Inconvénients

      First time company executives who are trying to micro manage everything and make a number of short term decisions. Progressive holiday benefits are good for employees but not for managers. Managers are expected to always be available, even if you are on holidays.

      - Great technology and some good people - Flexible work schedules depending on department - On-site gym is nice

      Inconvénients

      - Low pay compared to rest of industry - Favoritism and politics are rampant - Company is too rigid with too much red tape to change anything - Company isn't bold enough to be truly innovative - Not collaborative enough even within the same company
