      Avantages

      Worked as c2h ( permanent with husys). Us management was good. cool environment.

      Inconvénients

      In India micromanagement, no job security. You will not get releaving certificate if your not obedient with management, initially you will be on prohibitionary period below rules are applicable No leaves. No variable pay. No cab Beware of the shifts 4pm to 1pm IST. you will not get shift allowances for odd shifts. Unless you are jobless don't ruine your career.

      Avantages

      Prosum really cares about their people, I enjoyed working there and they did a great job building a strong culture.

      Inconvénients

      They closed their office down so everything is remote. I enjoyed having the ability to come into the office when they were open.
