Avantages
My experience with PCF has been nothing but wonderful. I am respected, have learned more than I ever thought about Prostate Cancer and PCF, as well as what goes into building a new website, marketing, and much much more. My projects included looking at the structure of a RFP, completing a content audit for the current information on pcf.org, archiving data, and completing some creative work. PCF has been very flexible with my hours, allowing for a feasible work/life balance. At the end of the summer, I was invited to go to Disneyland with the foundation, making me feel appreciated and included in the foundation. In the short time I have worked for PCF, I have grown much more confident in my marketing and management abilities. I am extremely thankful for PCF's generosity.
Inconvénients
The office is in need of a facelift. The decor is out of date and as a result makes the office feel dreary. New decor would make the office more productive.
