Avantages
I really like that my manager lets me leave when I need to. He is really flexible about that for me. I've heard that other people in my department don't get the same treatment at all though. As an AM, I also get better bonuses than the other AMs. You need to be lucky and get your manager to like you the most. If you do that, you will be fine here.
Inconvénients
Some of the people are not fun to work with. But have fun outside of work anyway and that shouldn't be an issue. Some customers are very tough to work with too but if your manager likes you enough, he will hand that customer off to another AM anyway. The pay is also very low and there is not really a formal process for raises so there is no guarantee that you will ever get a raise unless you are a favorite. You also don't really move up in this company.
