      Avantages

      Great middle management staff, training is growing, a couple Execs are positive and connected to the lowest ranking individuals. HR Manager is incredible.

      Inconvénients

      Huge disconnect between management and workforce. Executive levels won’t make necessary changes needed for long term company viability despite the changes in technology, culture and modern business practice. PCE spends more time “putting out fires” than on “fire prevention”.

      Avantages

      Challenging and rewarding job. Something new to work on every day. Sense of accomplishment at end of day. Working in the "think tank" known as the Cal Lab. Direct Supervisors in the Cal Lab were a pleasure to work for. Good benefits package

      Inconvénients

      Pay could be better Paid Time Off policy is not employee friendly. One week only for the first five years is low. Lack of proper planning by management caused many unnecessary rush jobs. Management constantly told us to slow down and work safe, but constantly put us in a position where we felt pushed or rushed to complete the job.
