When backed by a $50 billion PE firm there is tremendous growth, with that comes growing pains and changes. Flexibility is a must because we do not have it all figured out. If you are looking for the 9-5, this is probably not the place for you. The goals we want to accomplish comes with early mornings and late nights. Things will never be handed to you. You have complete access to heads of this organization. Can you book a meeting with you CEO regularly? We can here. This place is a great place to start a career not a job. We have wonderful people with different perspectives and experiences. That is what it is all about, learning from each other. You have a chance to really influence this market and make a name for yourself. The new CEO is the guy who is going to take us to the top. Disregard any negative comments. They don't work here anymore most likely for a reason.
