Avantages
- Basic salary is quite high amongst my peers, but you need to negotiate hard for it - Get to interview Dato's Datin's, Tan Sri's - Get to interview industry leaders and company CEOs - The company will treat you fairly if you do your job well. As long as the value you bring to the company is justifies the paycheck, you should be fine. - Company benefits are quite attractive
Inconvénients
- 9 to 6 instead of 9 to 5. - Running a tight ship, meaning not much space for ambitious projects. - My desk could use an upgrade
