Avantages

The majority of the people who work there are amazing. They're talented, smart and dedicated and really try to move the needle both in the product and the company. They're great to learn from and have lunch with. The company is (slightly) successful thanks to these worker bees. The start-up feel of the company sometimes allows employees to explore different teams and departments, but to a limited extent (and if you're lucky - I can't stress that enough). 900 shekels a month on 10bis

Inconvénients

The company has no zero values. The CEO is always late to meetings and never focused. He won't take ownership of anything, except in cases where he can say "I told you so." He overpromises and dramatically under delivers to everyone (employees, users, investors). He created and nurtures a culture of speaking ill about his staff behind their backs. Most of executive management follow his "lead" in all of this. They says they believe in transparency. They don't practice it at all. In fact, they keep things murky and opaque on purpose. The company lacks direction and focus (again mirrors the behavior/character of the CEO). No real roadmaps or organization. The money is mismanaged which leads to cut backs on resources (including staff) and projects, yet they blame it on other external factors. They promote people to senior management positions who are completely under qualified to handle the tasks and responsibilities of the role (both hard skills and soft skills). The company very rarely gives raises. When they do, it's to newer employees not veterans. Most of senior management (those with VP titles) are untrustworthy, favor only a few of their team members and perpetuate a toxic working environment established by the CEO.
