      -Extremely knowledgeable employees -Even when I didn't know something, I was never made to feel inadequate for asking questions -Everyone's super eager to help and responds right away when you need something -Good teamwork and encouragement

      Inconvénients

      -Work comes in waves, so I sometimes have nothing to do and sometimes have lots and lots to do.

      Avantages

      Most of the people at Promet are incredibly hard workers. They truly care about their work and their customers and will go above and beyond to get their jobs done. Most people at the company genuinely like each other and want you to succeed.

      Inconvénients

      High turnover in several departments, many people are severely overworked. Management generally does not respect employees’ boundaries.
