      Avantages

      The rare government supplier that actually cares about its contractors, doesn't manipulate or treat them as disposable. Managers are accessible and personable. Their office personnel work hard to ensure that resources are happy in their positions, and if you aren't, they'll make a concerted effort to find you something else. A highly recommended supplier for those seeking to get in at the DND.

      Inconvénients

      Internal organization could improve, but when you have as many contracted personnel as they do, things start to pile up.

      -Highly flexible and willing to accommodate requests within reason based on need -Hybrid work (2 WFH days a week after 3 months) -Personal/Private offices -Respectable health benefits package -Excellent work-life balance -Excellent work culture -Low-stress work environment -Short weekly meetings for simple communication/updates among publishing staff -Flexible start/end times for work hours (office is open from 6 - 4 so pick where you want your 8 hours to fit in)
