      -Highly flexible and willing to accommodate requests within reason based on need -Hybrid work (2 WFH days a week after 3 months) -Personal/Private offices -Respectable health benefits package -Excellent work-life balance -Excellent work culture -Low-stress work environment -Short weekly meetings for simple communication/updates among publishing staff -Flexible start/end times for work hours (office is open from 6 - 4 so pick where you want your 8 hours to fit in)

      Inconvénients

      -Lower than average pay based on position but still a good wage.

      Easy to communicate and negotiate with, they care about their reputation and don't violate agreements like competitors.

      Inconvénients

      Frequent impression that their main office is understaffed for the workload.

      Avantages

      You get a fair shake from this company and they keep their promises. The sales and proposal team is sharp and you can tell they work hard. It was more fun pre-Covid with more on-site interaction but that's probably the same with every supplier.

      Inconvénients

      Federal government contracting is unstable, but that isn't specific to Promaxis.
