Inconvénients

This is one of the worst company in NJ.They are know for Fraud and so some of the vendors have blacklisted them. Do yourself a favor and don't join this company. Training is very bad. The owners lies when they open their mouth. They never pay you on time. Guy, go find better consultancy!

They are like most of the good consulting companies in the market and they do everything possible to get project for their consultants. They helped me get project as Network Engineer in 2 weeks after i joined them. I relatively felt much better if i compare my experience with previous consulting company in Dallas, where i waited for project almost 6 months. They have better admin support when compared to others and able to give better services for its employees.. provide remote training and on-the-job support, which helped me deliver at client site, when i got project

Inconvénients

the flip side is they don't pay you percentages from the day one..
