Work life balance is incredible. Time-off is flexible. Office culture is good.
Inconvénients
Relationship between different levels of staff (President, National Director, Director, Staff, Intern) can be unclear sometimes, but overall works well. Pay is somewhat low, but the benefits of the job/life in Montana outweigh this.
