      None through this particular experience.

      Inconvénients

      I used to work here, I left for a more senior opportunity. They reached out to me to try to get me to come back, telling me they would create a new role just for me. Cut to over three months later, constant conversations, constantly being told to be patient, seemingly being transparent and keeping me in the loop, the entire time. Only to be told they hired someone else.

      Great company, great leadership, very clear strategy and a very passionate community.

      Inconvénients

      Not many cons, maybe disorganized sometimes. Too many internal meetings.

      Avantages

      Cool opportunities to be at the heart of the project management industry, where the professional is going, the great Scrum debates of our time.

      Inconvénients

      Members of the leadership team are clearly in inappropriate relationships and have inappropriate working dynamics. Folks who move on regularly refer to themselves as having “escaped” and commonly marvel at how people thrive once they are free from this stifling environment. HR and the board alike are cowed by the current leadership and decline to take any corrective action, resulting in employee feedback about the toxicity of the organization going into a black hole.
