Micro managing You have several schedules and monitoring software watching you at all times The QA records your screen and watches your every move No trust Constant gaslighting Supervisors will kneecap growth every chance they have

Avantages

Cool opportunities to be at the heart of the project management industry, where the professional is going, the great Scrum debates of our time.

Inconvénients

Members of the leadership team are clearly in inappropriate relationships and have inappropriate working dynamics. Folks who move on regularly refer to themselves as having “escaped” and commonly marvel at how people thrive once they are free from this stifling environment. HR and the board alike are cowed by the current leadership and decline to take any corrective action, resulting in employee feedback about the toxicity of the organization going into a black hole.
