Avantages

Leadership will treat you like a human and not just a money making machine. Everything is clear cut so there's no guess work as to what is expected and if something is vague someone in the building is already working to correct that. You come for the snacks and the paycheck but you stay for the positive environment and the supervisors and managers that work with you through the tough times and mistakes. They got great bathrooms with actual toilet paper not the one where you have to use the whole roll because it's too thin.

Inconvénients

They over feed us, on most days, its not really a con if your like me and want to grow old, fat and jolly. If you are watching your figure then it could be.
