      Avantages

      Small office environment provides a nice working culture where there's a feeling of teamwork and family. Management cares about overall employee satisfaction and helps to provide solutions when issues arise.

      Inconvénients

      Because of the size of the offices, there is not much room to grow.

      Avantages

      I wish I could find some words to say..... My co workers were awesome and loyal to me because I was fair and had to implement my own management style without the approval of senior management!

      Inconvénients

      Management is non existent and you will get fired for breaking rules you did not know existed and for going above and beyond the job description.
