Avantages

Grateful to have worked somewhere like PEPS in the pandemic! Trust based, flexible work environment with emphasis on professional development and learning. Deep equity work. Leadership treats staff as full people. Supervisors do a great job of recognizing and celebrating accomplishments. Opportunities for cross department work.

Inconvénients

Compensation commiserate with industry, but industry in Seattle as a whole does not pay enough for those living in the city.

authentic workplace culture, flexible environment. lots of transformation in the last few years-for the better. learning organization, everyone is included. great benefits, pto, policies
