This agency is 10 years old and is still blaming shifts and "growing pains" on its infancy. They have had enough time and experience to learn but refuse to because the higher-ups egos and micromanaging get in the way too frequently. I've seen women be treated poorly compared to my male counterparts which has made me uncomfortable at times. The higher-ups will put x,y,z strategies and processes in place with no vision just to see what sticks and leaves employees trying to guess how to do their job only to be literally yelled at. Many employees I've confided in have been called on the phone and screamed at by one of the main higher-ups. It's a tense environment at times. Not worth working from home, there are way better companies you could work for remotely.
