      You can work fully remote, that’s it.

      Inconvénients

      In the past year, PL has lost about 85% of its workforce, and this isn’t a coincidence. The CEO and upper management play favorites, and their mission is to personally fire, or, make the workplace absolutely miserable for anyone they don’t favor. People are jumping ship left and right to get away from the crazy atmosphere at PL. Those at the very top are VERY hard to please, and they often don’t know what they want, they want you to read their minds. They are downright rude about anything they would like you to do differently. Ultimately.. this a “coaching solutions” company that doesn’t even know how to effectively coach its own staff.

      Coworkers are amazing to work with.

      Inconvénients

      This company is emotionally driven and is a very toxic work environment . Long nights and weekends after you worked 8-5 will be your work schedule and you will report directly to the CEO who will reach out to you at all times of the night. If you set boundaries then you will be taken off every project and bullied until you quit because the employer doesn’t want to pay unemployment. There is no HR or any upper management to ask questions. The company gives the illusion of a big corporate company but it’s is a group of about seven people doing the workload of twenty. PTO is made up and whatever the CEO decides and you will never see it when you separate from the company so use it while you can. Who ever you are, be careful and make sure it is the culture for you!
