      Avantages

      Working at Proficient Engineering has given me the chance to grow and an individual and help grow their Denver office. Started with 0 projects first year to 120 for the 3rd year.

      Inconvénients

      Not having a true business development plan, but thats to be expected when in Business Development as a profession.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is greedy and dose not care about employees or clients they only care about making money. Employees are regularly over worked and under trained.
