Your effort, hard work and dedication will be required BUT not recognized at all ! Top management dont care about its employees. They will do everything in their power to communicate about 'a company who cares about human' bla bla bla but that's just what it is... Communication. Dont expect to be promoted or something like that. Everything you'll read on their social media is fake. Even the ratings you'll see here on glassdoor are fake ! During my time there, they asked us to write some fake reviews to boost our rating on this website cause the former employees were just telling the truth.
