Inconvénients

Note that most positive reviews are from contractors that do not actually work full time with the company. Productions Plus will take over your life and treat you like you’re worthless. The company culture is based on looks and gossip. The conversations with upper management are extremely inappropriate for a workplace and rather unfathomable. If you have morals, you will be forever unhappy here.

I learned what a toxic work place is.

Inconvénients

Favoritism was highly apparent within the organization. Employees who were not part of the favored group were often overlooked, and there appeared to be significant pay disparities. Work-life balance was minimal, opportunities for growth were unevenly distributed, and contributions frequently went unrecognized. There was a lack of equitable treatment and career development opportunities.
