Avantages
This company is always growing which can give someone who is new to this industry an opportunity to learn a great deal. However, the learning is something you need to take on yourself, no outside training is offered.
Inconvénients
Prodapt (NA) has had continuous management changes; which has made it difficult to get a clear vision of what the company is striving for. For the most part this company offers a good learning experience. Everything runs as if it is a start-up corporation so there is very little to no process to follow, you do get the opportunity to create a great deal of the processes; which can be very fascinating, but after a while it’s tremendously draining. The morale with this company is very poor, and really needs to have some attention brought to it. Many times I had felt as if I was not considered as a valued employee, rather a place holder.
