      Avantages

      Very close, family like feel. Everyone is very open to help out when needed. Many employees stick around for many many years.

      Inconvénients

      Not a whole lot of company innovation, from what I saw.

      Avantages

      Easy transition from co-op to employee

      Inconvénients

      Racial discrimination in hiring and lengthy process. Project based work if given and poor management. HR team is ridiculous and joke to company. Would not recommend to anyone since they only hire white people or internal employees.
