      Avantages

      Good for freshers to learn. Its good that even guy with little experience can attend meeting with client's. It will improve their communication. Good that CEO and onsite CTO sometimes interacts with most of employees. Some of the managers are good. They support their team members.

      Inconvénients

      No encouragement from seniors and some hard workers efforts are not reaching CEO and onsite management. All are puppets to one man army here. Even some managers & HR tries to bring some changes. Actually only one man decision in the indian office. (Indian CTO). Hikes are as per thier convenience. Guys who make thier seniors & managers do all kind of bhajana will get more. Very less people have employee satisfaction.

      Avantages

      Flexible hours - as long as work is done and no customer escalation, everything is ok Friday lunch

      Inconvénients

      No reporting structure. Everybody report to CEO so no visibility of work during appraisal time which only every 3 years or need to ask basis No 401K or any other employee benefits, not even health No HR department or any policies for example requesting holiday ProcessWeaver IT Academy in India gets all investment compared to US office for product or self development Low employee moral so a negative complaining atmosphere
